What is blood pressure?
High blood pressure is also known as hypertension. When your heart beats it pumps blood around your body (resulting in the pressure of blood) the reason for this, is to give the blood and the body it the energy and oxygen it needs. As the blood moves it pushes against the sides of the blood vessels. If your blood pressure is too high it puts extra strain on your arteries (and your heart) from the result of your blood putting too much pressure on your arteries. The first (or top) number is your systolic blood pressure. It is the highest level your blood pressure reaches when your heart beats pushing the blood around your body.
The second (or bottom) number is your diastolic blood pressure. Is the lowest level your blood pressure reaches as your heart relaxes between beats.

All in all, cannabis has been showing amazing results in treating many ailments, but it’s difficult for scientists, medical experts, and researchers to get their hands on the plant, due to the fact that it is illegal in most of the world. Due to this, cannabis needs more research carried out on it, although everything is pointing in the right direction, we still have so many unanswered questions relating to the plant.
