In this 18 minute video two women conduct a vlog-cast that has them discussing all of the benefits that we can receive from one of the most powerful cannabinoids in cannabis, Cannabidiol (CBD). It looks as if they both have regular shows on Youtube and so have audiences. Lane Kennedy is the name of the woman being interviewed and she is a bio-hacker. Bio-hacking is a relatively new study where the sort of “everyday joe” can gather together with his peers and study a systematic approach to biology and how to maximize health. Essentially, one big lesson in bio-hacking is that what you put into your body has an enormous effect on how you feel. Kennedy has much reason to be excited about the new breakthroughs with CBD oil both in regards to the legalization of it as well as the positive results from so many test studies. She is very passionate in exclaiming her newfound balance, energy, and focus after having enjoyed the healing benefits of CBD supplementation. The interviewer in this video seems at a bit of a loss as to much of the facts about CBD, but in so doing she does ask honest questions, and we get a glimpse into the wildfire of intensity that is raging at the heart of the CBD revolution.

There is quite a lot of cool data thrown about, such as the study of the endocannabinoid system and its relationship to all things cannabis. Lane Kennedy even has us looking at the CB1 and CB2 receptors which she describes as needing to be nourished, thereby being a pain reliever. The whole point is that CBD is the very thing that the body was designed to need in order to stave off the breakdown of the body in the form of headaches and migraines.
