holly willoughby and phillip schofield interviewed a woman named Joy Smith, who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in July 2016. Just over a year later, she was given 6 weeks to live after doctors discovered that the cancer had travelled to her stomach and her bowls.
Joy describes her awful experience with cancer, as she was constantly in and out of hospital with no real diagnosis. Her case got to the point where she had to be fed liquid through a tube. Doctors then realised that she had ovarian cancer, and as a result they had to remove one of her ovaries.
When the cancer was at its most aggressive, Joy was given 6 weeks to live, without treatment. When it reached her bowl, consisting of 3 large tumors, it was incurable and totally inoperable but chemotherapy may buy her some more time.
Joy says that she just wanted to get out of the hospital, so she went to the pub with her friend in her pajamas and a picc line attached to her arm which then lead to joy getting sepsis.
Later her friend had researched Cannabis oil and found that Rick Simpson had skin cancer, and cured himself by using Cannabis oil, he was the founder of this experiment. Joy stated that it’s the THC component that eats cancer, and she is baffled that it hasn’t been legalised. She said that “people are worse off drunk aren’t they? Because people who are out drinking are in more trouble because this makes you really relaxed, chilled sleepy”, Holly asked her about the first time she tried it, and Joy said she was giggly, but not aggressive, not like drinking.
She described how she takes it, which is in a 5ml syringe. She took it every night but at first was hesitant as she was unsure if it was going to work. After one session of chemo, and taking the Cannabis oil, Joy said that “the results were astounding”. The cancer has disappeared from her stomach, pelvis, ovaries and small bowl, although there is a little bit left in her gastritis stomach.
