Dr. Alan Frankel speaks about the use of cannabinoid medicine in the treatment of anxiety and insomnia. The use of cannabis for somebody who has trouble falling asleep or staying asleep the disorders are very different for patients who have difficulty just drifting off and once they fall asleep they stay asleep. A little bit of CBD with THC and in very low doses usually takes care of patients who have insomnia and are waking up at 1 am, 3 am and 4 am.
Dr. Alan Frankel explains, that people with insomnia wake at these times because those are the times when we have cortisol spikes from our adrenal glands and we’re slightly awake and if some anxiety metabolites in our blood are circulating around at that time, which is leftover anxiety essentially from the daytime, then the result is, you wake up.
CBD oil is what he is holding in his hand as he describes in detail the anxiety that has for so long plagued him. He usually faces varying anxiety symptoms in the form of adrenaline rushes, nervousness, shaking, headaches, head spinning, insomnia, and nausea.
Paradoxically stating that he does not want to get too excited but is at the same time “Very excited”, this relaxed man continues to tell us that all of his symptoms and indeed even his very root cause have all but vanished, and this only in the very first 24 hours! Once again, a video is made where the individual is stating to the audience through the camera that for the first time he really “Feels like himself”.
“Feeling normal”, “Miracle cure”, and “Far better alternative” are common phrases on the lips of those like this man who have experienced the healing properties of CBD. He calls it amazing and is literally dumbstruck as to the powerful healing he has just experienced, which he at one point says was only but an hour ago when he actually ate the oil.
