G Pen Pro vs Boundless CFX

Gen Pen Pro Vaporizer and the Boundless CFX 2 Vaporizer .

When it comes to portability and quality in a vaporizer, it can be hard to get one that really stands out. We can not all afford something like the Pax 3 Vape. So today we’re taking a look at two vaporizers that we think can offer you both. The G Pen Pro and the Boundless CFX. These are two vaporizers from well-regarded companies who always deliver premium products. Whether you’re a veteran vaper or a newbie to the scene we think both of these vaporizers could offer you something. But which one will come out on top, you’ll have to read on to find out.

Design

Both of these are really well-made vaporizers that are designed to prove themselves as workhorses. The G Pen Pro has an aluminium body that feels great in your palm and could definitely stand up to the wear and tear of everyday use. It’s small but definitely durable.

On the other hand, the Boundless CFX is bigger with a sturdier build. With its hard black exterior, it puts me in mind of something between a Crafty and Mighty. A good thing to have in mind. Its larger size, too, provides quality levels of heating power and battery time which the G Pen Pro struggles to match.

Also, another cool feature is that like everything else on the outside of the CFX the mouthpiece is made from plastic. But what makes it cool is that you can pivot it out when in use and back in when you want to store it away.

Heating System.

The CFX features a hybrid heating system, which is rare for one so reasonably priced. And the body of the unit has a full LCD screen so you can control the temperature of your vaping session down to the smallest dynamics. You can heat the vaporizer up in twenty seconds, which for its size is pretty excellent, especially considering that’s the same time the G Pen Pro takes. Once it’s ready, it’ll vibrate to let you know.

The G Pen Pro, however, has three temperature settings to choose from. The low is about 375℉, the middle is 400℉, and the highest hits around 458℉. With these three settings, you can control your vaping session with adequate precision for a vape pen.

Where the Boundless tips into the lead, though, is that its chamber size is around 0.40 grams while the G Pen Pro has about only the capacity for 0.25 grams. And it is capable of vaping concentrates, too.

Ease of Use and Portability

Really there is a very small learning curve to either of these vaporizers. Both of them require little know-how in order to get them up and running. They both have extremely quick heat-up times and aren’t difficult to bring around with you. The G Pen Pro is very portable, you could put it in your pocket before you head out with little trouble. The CFX is good deal bulkier but I can’t see any problems taking it with you.

Which One Should You Buy?

Really, I think that this should be a clear-cut case for most people. The Boundless CFX comes out leaps and bounds ahead of the G Pen Pro. Sure, the G Pen Pro is far more portable and discreet due to its size. But considering the power and quality you can get from the Boundless CFX it really makes little difference.

There’s nothing at all wrong with the G Pen Pro, though. For its size and power, it can really deliver. For some, the slight jump in price tag might cause them to opt for the Pro, and if that were the case you’d still own a quality product. But for my money, the Boundless CFX is where it’s at. Hybrid heating system, fast heat up time, LED display, larger dry herb chamber, and an option of concentrates. And the CFX has a warranty for three years. You can’t go wrong!
